1. Introduction:

This is customized according to customer's requirements. It is mainly used to absorb relatively large workpieces with extremely uneven surface, such as cartons, plastic parts, pipes, specially for transporting soft printed circuit boards.etc.

2. Structure:

It is formed by combining a plurality of corrugated suction cups (FG5), a vacuum clamp MPZ and a special buffer component.

(1) MPZ-X-SW-126X106-FG5: strong and wear-resistant, can best fit the concave-convex surface, and has extremely strong adsorption force;

(2) Vacuum clamp MPZ:

• Built-in vacuum generator with alumina as main material;
• Small volume, convenient installation and good adsorption stability;
• The size can be customized without standard.
